Service providers: Payment and financing partners you choose to use (Cherry, CareCredit, Scratchpay), the in-house pharmacy (operated with Covetrus), and diagnostic laboratories such as Antech.
Another veterinary facility: If your pet is referred, or if you ask us to send records.
Required reporting: Including rabies vaccination reporting required under California law.
A merger or sale: We will notify you before information is transferred.
Legal requirements: If required by law.
6. Your Choices
Ask for a summary of your pet’s medical record. Under California Code of Regulations, title 16, section 2032.3, a summary is to be made available within five days, or sooner if the animal is in critical condition.

7. Medical Records
California Code of Regulations, title 16, section 2032.3 requires veterinary medical records, including radiographs, to be kept for a minimum of three years after the animal’s last visit. We release a copy or summary to you on request, and we send records to another veterinarian when you ask.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards. No website or email is perfectly secure.
9. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The effective date shows the latest version. For a significant change, we will email the address you gave us or post a notice on the site.
